Welcome to Run Rise Coaching! I'm Michelle, a passionate runner and certified coach dedicated to helping you achieve your running goals, whether you're training for your first 5K or aiming for your next marathon PR.
I’ve been in your shoes…I know the excitement of starting a new running journey, the challenges of pushing through tough workouts, and the rewarding feeling of crossing the finish line. With five marathons and over 20 half marathons under my belt and 15+ years of experience, I know what it takes to build endurance, strength, and confidence.
As an RRCA-certified coach and master of positive psychology (I researched and studied the psychological benefits of running and racing at the University of Pennsylvania), I believe running is more than just a physical activity; it’s a powerful way to build resilience, boost energy, find connection, and unlock your inner strength. I’ve seen firsthand how running can transform lives, and I’m here to help you tap into your full potential.

How It works
1. Book a 30 minute free consultation call
First fill out a short intake form, then we’ll dive deep into your goals, schedule, current fitness level, and any relevant details during the free 30 minute consultation call.
2. I’ll craft a personalized training plan made just for you!
I craft your plan in 2-3 week increments and adjust based on your progress, goals, feedback, and schedule.
3. I prescribe levels of effort for each run
We will set the baseline based on level of effort; I don’t prescribe specific paces. We’ll build consistency and confidence with each run.
4. We adjust from there!
To build the best training plan, I need input from you! The more information you share about your runs and how your body feels, the better I can adjust your plan leading to higher performance and reduced risk of injury
