How much do you charge?
I charge $100/month which includes:
A personalized training plan, planned out in 2-3 week increments, and updated based on your progress, feedback, schedule, and unique needs.
Unlimited access to support via email and monthly phone calls to discuss progress, plans, and race strategy.

I've never run before. Can you help me?
Absolutely! I’ve trained clients from couch to 5K, and all the way to marathon distances. Each plan is uniquely crafted to meet you where you are today and help you achieve your goals in the future.

Do you offer in person training? Will you run with me?
Right now, I am not offering in person training options.

What can I expect in my training plan?
All plans will be uniquely tailored to your abilities, schedule, and goals.
For example, if you love doing yoga twice a week and can’t run on Mondays, the plan I craft will take those factors into consideration. If you are looking for help with warm ups and strength training, I will incorporate those features into your plan. Each plan is 100% personalized.

How do we communicate?
You’ll have email access and a monthly video call to review progress, answer questions, and make adjustments together.

Why doesn't my plan have specific paces assigned to each run?
We train by effort (specifically Rate of Perceived Effort) , not strict pace because your body doesn’t know numbers, it knows how hard it’s working. Prescribing exact paces can feel rigid, especially when life, weather, or fatigue get in the way. By focusing on effort levels, we give your training more flexibility.
This approach helps you build better body awareness, reduces your risk of injury, and allows for smarter adaptations on tough days. Whether you're feeling amazing or dragging a bit, your training will still work for you, not against you.
If you want to work on speed, we’ll absolutely incorporate workouts like interval training or fartleks - effort-based running still includes structure and variety.

What happens if I get injured or need to pause training?
We can adapt your plan based on what your body needs. Whether you're dealing with soreness or life gets in the way, we’ll adjust to keep you progressing safely.
