Whether you’re training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, you’ll receive a fully customized plan that adapts based on your feedback, schedule, and goals. You'll also get direct access to Michelle for ongoing support, monthly check-ins, and expert race-day strategy.

Unlimited Support

Ask as many questions as you want and get the personalized answers and care you deserve. Schedules change, injuries happen, whatever life throws at you during your training know that you’re not alone and you can reach out for support at any time!

Want to talk through race day strategy and nutrition? Need some extra motivation? We’ll have monthly calls where you can ask anything and fill me in on your progress and evolving goals so I can make the necessary adjustments to your training.
